Josh, the one thing I've found with iQ is that, if you still want to use another device to record Foxtel programs (eg: I was recording stuff from UKTV for my grandmother to view on VCR) the device no longer changes the channel so that you can just record the A/V channel - you have to physically change the channel yourself. If you're lazy, this also means that you have to change the channel yourself for any programs on reminder, rather than relying on the device to do it for you. Also, I haven't yet been able to make remote recordings (via the iQ website) work, although Foxtel keep insisting that it does work, and the on-screen messages tell me that I've set up a recording successfully.
